I am a seasoned, licensed mortgage broker having originating loans as Ray Leone & Associates in Southern California for the last 25 years.  For 10 years prior to getting out and pounding the pavement, I worked in the Savings & Loan business, as a Loan Servicing Manager for a nationwide mortgage lender and a Compliance Manager.

I am a founding member of the California Association of Mortgage Broker (original chapter – San Diego Association of Mortgage Brokers); membership in the North County San Diego Association of Realtors, the San Diego Association of Realtors and the Women’s Council of Realtors; Software Review and Writer for the Mortgage Originator Magazine, a Mortgage Advisor to Financial Planners and Mediators; Mortgage Financing Radio Talk Show Commentator; former Broker of Record for National Mortgage Internet Lender; Credit Restoration Agent; City of Escondido Commissioner; College Business Instructor and Credit Analyst.
